2. About VerifySign

VerifySign provides digital identity, signature verification, verification ID, QR verification, document and related services. VerifySign does not guarantee the legal validity or authenticity of every document or signature submitted by users.

3. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate information when creating an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and for activity performed through their account.

4. Verification IDs and Tokens

VerifySign may generate unique verification IDs, public tokens and QR codes. Users must not misuse, copy, manipulate or fraudulently represent verification information.

5. Documents and Signatures

Users must only upload documents and signatures that they are authorized to use. Users must not upload fraudulent, unlawful or misleading content.

6. KYC

Where KYC verification is provided, VerifySign may review submitted information. Approval or rejection of a KYC request does not constitute a guarantee of identity beyond the scope of the verification process.

7. Prohibited Use

  • Fraudulent identity or signature verification.
  • Uploading illegal or unauthorized documents.
  • Attempting to access another user's account.
  • Attempting to bypass security controls.
  • Abusing, disrupting or attacking the platform.
  • Using VerifySign for unlawful activities.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep VerifySign available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, technical failures or third-party service issues may temporarily affect availability.

9. Intellectual Property

VerifySign's software, branding, design, logos and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce or redistribute them without authorization.

10. Privacy

Use of VerifySign is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used and protected.

11. Suspension or Termination

We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect users, the platform or comply with applicable law, particularly in cases of suspected abuse, fraud or security violations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VerifySign is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized user activity, inaccurate information submitted by users, third-party services, temporary service interruptions or misuse of verification information.
